I work using a “co-active approach”. Co-Active Coaching Framework is an ethos and mindset that helps people stretch their sight lines, get out of their comfort zones, and grow in a way that permeates every aspect of their life. In the Co-active coaching model, focused in on the client and their fulfillment, balance and process, are the five context of Co-Active Coaching: listening, curiosity, intuition, self management and forward the action/deepen the learning.
It is about "how we are" and "what we do" and the important connection between the two. This methodology recognizes that leadership is all one.
I also trained under the Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention Coaching Program®, which is Tony Robbins' official coach education school. And remember, Life is not the challenges that you face, but the meaning that you give to those challenges.
